The Academic Performance Evaluation process, conducted to enhance the success of our university's Strategic Plan goals and its performance in national/international university rankings, is starting. In line with the relevant Directive, the academic activities of our faculty members will be scored and budgeted.

 

Application Details

You can submit your applications using the "Academic Performance" module through the following channels:

 

* Data Management System: prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/veriyonetimsistemi

 

* MAKÜNET: makunet.mehmetakif.edu.tr

 

Important Note

For applications completed through the system to be considered for evaluation, they must be submitted to the BAP Coordination Office along with the required documents.

Submission of scientist support project (BİDP) applications through the e-bap system to the BAP Coordination Office by faculty members who wish to use their academic performance budget by undertaking a project.

 

 

Documents to be Submitted to the BAP Coordination Office;

  1. A petition indicating the desire to benefit from the performance score.
  2. A document showing the academic performance score obtained from the data management system.
  3. The first page of publications.
  4. A document showing the database in which the publication is indexed and its quartile.
  5. Official patent document.
  6. Official document indicating the completion of the project.
  7. Official document showing the total project budget. (The budget should be presented to include the institution's share, project incentive bonus, and the budget transferred to our university.)
