The Public Relations and Promotion Department Held a Vocational Training Meeting in Business

The Public Relations and Promotion Department held a Vocational Training Evaluation Meeting to assess the experiences and expectations of our 4th-year students regarding their internship processes.

 

In the online meeting, our students shared their views and suggestions on the professional knowledge and skills they acquired during the internship process, the problems they encountered, and the compatibility of the practical work with the academic course contents.

Our Students Were Informed About the Accreditation Process

Our department's Research Assistant Ms. Sinem Kulabaş met with the students of the Public Relations and Promotion Department to provide information about the accreditation process. During the information session, students were informed about what accreditation is, why it is important in terms of quality assurance in higher education, and the criteria under which our department is conducting intensive work in this process. The event also emphasized the contributions of the accreditation process to improving educational quality, the importance of a student-centered approach, and how students can contribute to this process. The meeting, where students' questions were also answered, was productive in terms of raising awareness about accreditation efforts.
Antalya LÖSEV Foundation for Children with Leukemia "Awareness Training for Leukemia Patients" Completed

Today, the “Awareness Training for Leukemia Patients” organized by our Public Relations and Promotion Department was successfully conducted. Officials from the Antalya LÖSEV Foundation for Children with Leukemia, who attended the event at our department's invitation, shared important information about leukemia. The training covered what leukemia is, the challenges faced during the disease process, the treatment process, and the importance of raising awareness in society. Students were also informed about the social responsibility activities carried out by LÖSEV and the support provided to children with leukemia and their families. The program also addressed common misconceptions about leukemia in society and explained how individuals can be more conscious and sensitive about this issue. During the training, students had the opportunity to ask questions they were curious about, while also gaining the chance to increase their awareness of the life struggles of children with leukemia.

We Completed the Graduate Interview

Our Public Relations and Promotion Department students met with our graduates who are continuing their master's education in the same field! 

 

In this meeting, important experience sharing took place regarding academic and professional processes after graduation.

 

As part of the event, our graduates pursuing a master's degree shared their knowledge and experiences with students on many topics such as transitioning from undergraduate education to graduate studies, determining thesis topics, academic career planning, and industry experiences.
