The results of the 2019-2020 Fall Semester Workplace Practice I Course Request Form have been published in the attachment; Accepted students must personally or through their NOTARIZED REPRESENTATIVES submit the Acceptance form, State contribution ANNEX-1, Health Insurance Forms by hand to BUCAK FACULTY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION STUDENT AFFAIRS between September 09-13. Students who do not submit the specified forms between September 09-13 will not be able to start their internship practice as their insurance entries cannot be made.
