2026-2027 Education Teaching Fall Semester Academic Board Meeting Held

Our academic board meeting was held with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin DALGAR, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer TEKŞEN, and our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ali Murat ALPARSLAN. The meeting began by commemorating the late Prof. Dr. Özlem ÇETİNKAYA BOZKURT, who made valuable contributions to our faculty, and a decision was made to keep his name alive in our faculty building. The rankings of our departments, the need for new studies in the field of education and teaching in line with current conditions, and closely following the educational and academic practices of universities abroad were evaluated. Additionally, the development and current status of our faculty journal, the situation of master's students in the Economics and Finance and Public Relations and Promotion departments, the BİFAkademi formation, and the activities of the BİK Community were discussed.

In the second phase of the meeting, plaques were presented to our academic and administrative staff who have served for 20 years within our university. Our academic staff member Dr. Zekeriya AKIN and our administrative staff Rıza CAN and Eyüp YEŞİLYURT received their plaques for 20 years of service. We congratulate them and thank them for their valuable contributions to our university. 🌿

After the program, our Rector met with our students on campus to chat and listen to their opinions.
