In the Automotive Authorized Dealer Sales and Sales Support Micro Competency Trainings, a training titled "Sales and Customer Communication" will be held.
Prof. Dr. Duygu Kızıldağ will conduct the training; topics such as the automotive retail ecosystem, authorized dealer structure and sales processes, analysis of customer needs, effective communication and customer-oriented approach, handling objections and negotiation techniques, and closing techniques will be discussed.
